As the great Steven Colbert puts it so eloquently, "We must find a cure, for him (Contador) being such a douche! Douche is of course, the French word for... Alberto COntador."

Seriously, AC is an amazing rider but he has no sense of the history of the sport or of the word respect. Had he followed team orders, Astana possibly could've done the impossible, finished 1, 2, 3 on the TdF podium. AC only thought of himself and his desire to prove he is faster than our hero Lance at the moment. He repeatedly dropped teammates after they suffered many miles to break the wind for him, then he left them not even crumbs off the plate, no shot at their own small glories. What a selfish man he is. Needless to say he will NOT be on Team "The Shack" with Lance and company next year and then he will see that a TdF win is not a personal thing, its a team effort.

Lance will be putting foot to ass in TdF 2010, and I hope like all heck that the ass belongs to Contador. Cycling needs a hero that is bigger than the sport...LANCE IS THAT HERO. Like DeCoster to motocross (my other addiction), Ali to boxing, Andretti to Formula 1, cycling has Lance.

By now you must have deduced that I would prefer to supp with the man from Texas. =:-) GO LANCE!!!

Later, y'all,
